  2. Back in the 1700s child labor was high depending on how young you are now child labor is high depending on how old you are.

  16. After looking at the chart and seeing those ages, I believe that some of those kids were to young. Some kids were 10 years old. And some were even under 10.After seeing this, I’m left to wonder if those kids were paid to work or not. By Jayvon Williams

  17. During the industrial Revolution there were children working harder and much more time than the adults.

  18. cotton factories had children start working as early 10 and under.

  19. The starting age percent for children under 10 was 49.9 percent which meant that factories had mostly kids working in the 1700.It is not that many children working now.I can just imagine how hard it was for those kids to work.

  22. My observation about child labor is that the younger you are, the more percentage you have as do to the older teens and young adults. I also observed that the child’s age group back then is higher then the one that’s accurate today.
